CREDIT CARD PAYMENT will be accepted using Visa and Mastercard and proecessed by Westpac.

CURRENCY  All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars.

DELIVERY* will be made to anywhere in New Zealand.  A delivery charge will be added to all orders.   

SATAISFACTION GUARANTEED:  All coffee is guaranteed to be 100% quality and fresh when shipped.  A full refund will be given on any coffee purchase not received in fresh condition or if for any reason you are not satisfied. To receive a refund the product must be returned to Isolabella at the address printed on the delivery docket.  Cost of return shipping will be paid for by the customer. 

All coffee machines carry a minimum 3 month guarantee.  Faulty machinery will be repaired under warranty by Isolabella when returned to the address listed on the delivery docket.  Cost of delivery to Isolabella for service to be paid for by the customer.

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all accessories and a full refund will be given on any product (other than coffee machines) that do not meet the satisfaction of the customer.  Products must be returned in new condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
